2. Setup and Initial Use
2.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the COSLUS T40. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 60 uses (based on 2 uses per day for 30 days).

2.2 Attaching the Nozzle
- Open the nozzle storage compartment on the top of the device.
- Select your desired nozzle type (standard, soft, or tongue cleaner).
- Insert the nozzle firmly into the opening until it clicks into place.
2.3 Filling the Water Tank
- Detach the water tank by gently pulling it downwards from the main body.
- Open the water tank cap.
- Fill the tank with lukewarm water. Do not use hot water or mouthwash containing alcohol.
- Close the water tank cap securely and reattach the tank to the main body until it clicks.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection
- Press the power button to turn the device on.
- Press the mode button to cycle through the four water pressure modes:
- Soft Mode: Gentle pressure for sensitive gums or first-time users.
- Normal Mode: Standard pressure for daily cleaning.
- Power Mode: Strong pressure for deep cleaning and stubborn food debris.
- Pulse Mode: Pulsating water flow for gum massage and enhanced cleaning.
- Press the power button again to turn the device off.

3.2 Using the Oral Irrigator
- Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip into your mouth.
- Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
- Aim the water jet at the gumline at a 90-degree angle.
- Start with your back teeth and work your way around, pausing briefly between teeth.
- Ensure to clean both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
- Continue until the water tank is empty or all areas have been cleaned.

4. Maintenance and Care
4.1 Cleaning the Water Tank
- After each use, detach the water tank and empty any remaining water.
- Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- For deeper cleaning, use the provided cleaning brush to scrub the inside of the tank.
- Allow the tank to air dry completely before reattaching or storing to prevent mold and mildew.
