Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your JOYROOM Vacuum Magnetic Phone Holder:
- Prepare the Surface: Clean the desired mounting surface (dashboard, windshield, etc.) thoroughly with the provided wet and dry wipes to ensure it is free of dust and debris. Allow the surface to dry completely.
- Attach the Suction Cup: Remove the protective film from the suction cup base. Place the suction cup firmly onto the cleaned, flat surface.
- Secure the Mount: Press down on the suction cup to expel air. While pressing, rotate the bearing on the base towards the "Tight" direction until it is securely locked. This activates the powerful air-pressure valve for maximum suction.
- Attach Your Phone:
- For MagSafe compatible iPhones (12 series or later) or MagSafe cases, simply align your phone with the magnetic ring on the holder.
- For non-magnetic phones or cases, attach the provided metal ring to the back of your phone or case. Ensure it is centered for optimal magnetic connection. Then, attach your phone to the magnetic holder.

Maintenance
To maintain optimal performance and extend the life of your phone holder:
- Cleaning the Suction Cup: If the suction power decreases, wash the nano gel suction cup with water and let it air dry. It will regain up to 99% of its original suction power.
- Removing the Holder: To remove the holder, rotate the bearing in the "Open" direction and gently lift the side with the "lock" icon. Avoid forcefully pulling the holder off the surface.

Troubleshooting
- Suction Cup Not Sticking: Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and flat. Textured or porous surfaces may reduce suction effectiveness. Wash the suction cup and reapply.
- Phone Not Holding Securely: Verify that your phone or case is MagSafe compatible. If not, ensure the provided metal ring is correctly attached to your phone or case and is centered for optimal magnetic connection.
- Holder Wobbles: Ensure the suction cup is fully tightened by rotating the bearing to the "Tight" position.
