3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation and Charging

The angle grinder is powered by 21V 4.0Ah Li-ion batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

1. Charging: Connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the battery pack. The charger indicator will show charging status. Disconnect once fully charged.
2. Installation: Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the grinder handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
3. Removal: Press the battery release button and slide the battery pack out.

3.2 Handle Attachment

Attach the shock-absorbing handle to the side of the grinder for improved control and comfort. The handle can be mounted on either the left or right side, depending on user preference.

1. Screw the handle clockwise into one of the threaded holes on the gear housing until it is firmly secured.

3.3 Wheel Installation

3. Place the inner flange onto the spindle.

1. To Start: First, press the safety lock button, then slide the main power switch forward.
2. Continuous Operation: The slide-lock switch allows for continuous operation without holding the trigger.
3. To Stop: Slide the main power switch backward to the 'OFF' position.

4.2 Speed Adjustment

Adjust the speed using the dedicated speed control button on the tool. The Smart LED display will show the current RPM.
