1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your VECELO Full Size Platform Bed Frame. This bed frame features integrated Type-C and USB charging ports, four under-bed storage drawers, an upholstered adjustable headboard, and a sturdy wooden slat support system, eliminating the need for a box spring.

Please read these instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 900 lbs. Be cautious of sharp edges during assembly and follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure stability and prevent collapse.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required. It is recommended to have two people for easier and safer assembly. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Unpack and Identify Components

Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the included parts list in your separate installation instructions to identify each piece.

Step 2: Assemble the Bed Frame Structure

Connect the main metal frame components using the provided hardware and tools. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely but do not overtighten until the frame is fully assembled.

Step 3: Install Wooden Slats

Place the wooden slats onto the designated support rails. The snap-on design allows for easy attachment. Ensure all 10 wooden slats are evenly spaced and securely in place to provide optimal mattress support.

Step 4: Attach the Upholstered Headboard

Secure the upholstered headboard to the bed frame. The headboard is adjustable, allowing you to set it to one of four different heights (41-47 inches) to best suit your mattress height.

Step 5: Install Storage Drawers

Assemble the four storage drawers according to the separate instructions. Each drawer is equipped with wheels for easy sliding. Once assembled, slide them into the designated spaces under the bed frame.

Step 6: Connect Charging Stations

Locate the integrated Type-C and USB charging ports on the headboard. Connect the power cable to a suitable wall outlet. Ensure the connection is secure.

Once all steps are completed, double-check all connections and ensure the bed frame is stable before placing your mattress on it.

5. Operation

5.1 Using the Charging Stations

The headboard is equipped with one Type-C port and one USB port. To use, simply plug your device's charging cable into the appropriate port. Ensure the bed frame's power cable is connected to a live electrical outlet.

5.2 Utilizing Storage Drawers

The four under-bed drawers provide ample storage. Pull the drawers out using the handles. Each drawer is on wheels for smooth operation. To close, push the drawers back into place under the bed frame.

5.3 Adjusting the Headboard Height

The upholstered headboard can be adjusted to four different height settings. To adjust, loosen the bolts connecting the headboard to the frame, slide the headboard to your desired height, and then re-tighten the bolts securely.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: For the upholstered headboard, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. For metal and wood parts, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Regular Checks: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if any looseness is detected.
• Drawer Care: Keep the drawer wheels free of debris to ensure smooth operation.

7. Troubleshooting

Issue: Bed frame feels unstable or wobbly.

Solution: Check all bolts and screws, especially those connecting the main frame and headboard. Ensure they are fully tightened. Verify that all wooden slats are properly seated in their supports.

Issue: Charging ports are not working.

Solution: Ensure the bed frame's power cable is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet. Test the outlet with another device. Check if the charging cables for your devices are working correctly.

Issue: Storage drawers are difficult to open or close.

Solution: Check for any obstructions under the bed or in the drawer tracks. Ensure the drawers are not overloaded. Clean any debris from the drawer wheels.
