5. Setup

5.1. Battery Installation

The scope requires one CR2032 battery for reticle illumination (not included). To install:

1. Unscrew the battery cap located on the illumination control knob.
2. Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
3. Replace the battery cap and tighten it securely to ensure a waterproof seal.

5.2. Mounting the Scope

The scope comes with two sets of mounting rings: 11mm Dovetail and 20mm Picatinny. Choose the appropriate rings for your firearm's rail system.

1. Attach the chosen mounting rings to your firearm's rail, ensuring they are spaced appropriately for the scope's length.
2. Place the scope into the lower halves of the rings.
3. Position the scope to achieve proper eye relief (the distance between your eye and the eyepiece when aiming).
4. Attach the upper halves of the rings and tighten the screws evenly, but do not overtighten.
5. Ensure the reticle is level before fully tightening all screws.

5.3. Diopter Adjustment

To achieve a clear reticle image:

1. Point the scope at a plain, bright background (e.g., a clear sky).
2. Look through the scope and quickly glance away.
3. Adjust the diopter ring (the ring closest to your eye) until the reticle appears sharp and clear the instant you look through the scope.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Magnification Adjustment

Rotate the magnification ring, located near the eyepiece, to adjust the zoom level from 3x to 9x. The numbers on the ring indicate the current magnification setting.

6.2. Reticle Illumination

The illumination control knob allows you to select red, green, or blue reticle colors and adjust their brightness.

1. Rotate the illumination knob to turn on the reticle.
2. Continue rotating to cycle through red, green, and blue colors.
3. Each color has 5 brightness levels. Adjust to your preference based on ambient light conditions.
4. Turn the knob to the "OFF" position to conserve battery life.

6.3. Windage and Elevation Adjustment (Zeroing)

The windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) turrets are used to zero your scope, aligning the point of impact with your point of aim.

1. Remove the protective caps from the windage and elevation turrets.
2. The elevation turret is on top, and the windage turret is on the right side.
3. Each click of the turret adjusts the point of impact by 1/4 MOA (Minute of Angle) at 100 yards.
4. To move the point of impact UP, turn the elevation turret counter-clockwise. To move it DOWN, turn clockwise.
5. To move the point of impact RIGHT, turn the windage turret counter-clockwise. To move it LEFT, turn clockwise.
6. After zeroing, replace the protective caps.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Cleaning the Lenses

Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses. Gently wipe the lens surfaces to remove dust and smudges. For stubborn marks, a small amount of lens cleaning fluid can be applied to the cloth, not directly to the lens.

7.2. General Care and Storage

• Keep the protective lens covers on when the scope is not in use.
• Store the scope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the scope to harsh impacts.
• Periodically check mounting screws for tightness.
