4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the sparkling water maker on a flat, stable, and dry surface.
4.2 Installing the CO2 Cylinder
- Remove the back cover of the sparkling water maker by pulling it away from the main unit.
- Insert the CO2 Quick Connect Cylinder into the cylinder holder. Ensure the pink lever is in the up position.
- Push the lever down to lock the cylinder in place.
- Replace the back cover.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Carbonating Water
- Fill the sodastream carbonating bottle with cold tap water up to the fill line.
- Twist the carbonating bottle into the sparkling water maker until it is securely in place.
- Press the carbonating button firmly for 1-2 seconds, release, and repeat 3-5 times for desired carbonation level.
- Once carbonation is complete, gently twist the bottle counter-clockwise to release it from the machine.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Sparkling Water Maker
Wipe the device with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the device in water or use abrasive cleaners. Ensure the device is dry before storage or next use.
6.2 Cleaning the Carbonating Bottle
Wash the carbonating bottle with lukewarm water and a mild dish soap. Do not wash in a dishwasher or use hot water above 50°C (120°F), as this can damage the bottle. Allow to air dry.
6.3 CO2 Cylinder Replacement
When the CO2 cylinder is empty (no fizzing sound when pressing the button), replace it by following the steps in Section 4.2 in reverse, then installing a new cylinder.
