2. Setup
2.1 SIM Card and microSD Card Installation
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. The Poco C71 supports dual SIM cards and expandable storage up to 512GB.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone.
2.2 Initial Power On and Configuration
- Press and hold the Power button until the XIAOMI logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, region, and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Sign in with your Google account or create a new one.
- Set up your preferred security methods (fingerprint, face unlock, PIN, pattern, or password).
2.3 Charging the Device
Connect the USB cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The device supports 15W fast charging to quickly replenish its 5200mAh battery.
