1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the VECELO Office Chair. This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new chair. Designed for comfort and functionality, this chair features a 360-degree rotation, adjustable height, breathable mesh backrest, and smooth-rolling casters, making it suitable for various environments such as offices, study rooms, and home workspaces. 2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure all parts are securely fastened before use.
• Do not stand on the chair.
• Do not use the chair on uneven surfaces.
• Keep children away from the chair during assembly.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the chair that exceed its maximum weight capacity of 220.5 lbs (100 kg).

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VECELO Office Chair. Assembly typically takes about 15 minutes for one person.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each caster into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base until it clicks securely into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled five-star base.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the lever is positioned correctly for easy access.
4. Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest to the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure a firm and stable connection.
5. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the central hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.

5. Operating Instructions

Your VECELO Office Chair is designed for ease of use and comfort. Familiarize yourself with its adjustable features:

• Height Adjustment: To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the seat upwards. While holding the lever, stand up to raise the seat or remain seated and apply pressure to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height. The chair offers approximately 3.9 inches (10 cm) of stepless elevation.
• 360-Degree Rotation: The chair seat can freely rotate 360 degrees, allowing for easy movement and access to different areas of your workspace without needing to reposition the entire chair.
• Smooth Casters: The durable casters allow for smooth and quiet movement across various floor surfaces, enhancing mobility and work efficiency.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: For the mesh backrest and fabric seat, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Caster Care: Periodically clean hair and debris from the casters to ensure smooth rolling.
• Hardware Check: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading of the fabric and mesh.

7. Troubleshooting

• Chair Sinks or Does Not Adjust Height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement. Contact customer support.
• Chair Wobbles: Check all assembly screws and bolts. Tighten any loose connections. Ensure the chair is on a flat, even surface.
• Casters Not Rolling Smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped debris (hair, lint, etc.) and clean them thoroughly.
• Squeaking Noises: Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts or joints, avoiding the gas lift cylinder.
