  • Q: Why is suction power weak?
A: Check filters: Clean the HEPA filter (rinse with water and dry completely). Remove debris from the cyclone filter using a soft brush. Check blockages: Check the dust cup, suction inlet, and hose for clogs. Detach the floor brush and clear any tangled hair or large particles.

The washable HEPA filter and detachable brush roll can be rinsed with water and air-dried. For optimal performance, clean the filter every 3 months and replace it annually depending on usage frequency.
  • Q: Why won't the vacuum turn on?
A: Check the battery status: Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery indicator light is off or one light flashes, charge the device for at least 30 minutes. Briefly press the Power button (do not hold it down). Battery installation: Remove and reinsert the battery pack to ensure it is securely connected. Clean the battery contacts if corroded.
