1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Always follow assembly instructions carefully to prevent instability or collapse.
• Be careful with sharp metal edges during assembly and use.
• Do not exceed the weight capacity of 250 pounds (113 kg) for the upper bed.
• Do not exceed the weight capacity of 350 pounds (159 kg) for each lower bed.
• Ensure all connections are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
• The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
• Always use the recommended mattress size to prevent entrapment or falls.
• Do not allow horseplay on or under the bed.
• Always use the ladder for entering and exiting the top bunk.
• Prohibit more than one person on the top bunk.
• Keep all assembly tools and small parts out of reach of children.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions (Setup)

Assembly requires at least two adults. Clear a large area for assembly and keep all parts organized. Do not fully tighten bolts until instructed.

Step 1: Prepare the Components

Unpack all components and identify them using the parts list (not provided in this manual, refer to your included physical parts list). Ensure you have all necessary hardware.

Step 2: Assemble the Lower Beds

Begin by assembling the two individual twin beds that will form the lower bunks. Attach the side rails to the headboards and footboards using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Insert the metal slats into the designated slots on the side rails. Do not fully tighten all bolts yet.

Step 3: Assemble the Top Bunk

Assemble the top bunk frame, including the side rails, headboard, footboard, and guardrails. Ensure the guardrails are securely attached to prevent falls. Insert the metal slats. Do not fully tighten all bolts yet.

Step 4: Stack the Beds and Attach Ladder

Carefully lift the assembled top bunk and place it onto the designated support points of the lower bed frames. Ensure proper alignment. Secure the top bunk to the lower structures using the provided hardware. Attach the ladder to the top bunk, ensuring it is firmly secured and stable.

Step 5: Final Tightening

Once all components are assembled and aligned, systematically tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten, but ensure all connections are snug and secure. Check for any wobbling or instability.

Triple Bunk Bed Configuration

• Ensure mattresses are twin size and fit snugly within the bed frames.
• Always use the ladder to access the top bunk.
• Do not jump on the beds.
• Regularly inspect all connections for tightness and re-tighten as needed.

Individual Bed Configuration

The triple bunk bed can be separated into three individual twin beds. To do this, carefully disassemble the top bunk from the lower frames and remove the ladder. Ensure all parts are stored safely if you plan to reconfigure it as a bunk bed later.
