Setup Guide

1. Inserting SIM Cards and SD Card

Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and/or a microSD card (for expandable storage) into the designated slots. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as indicated on the tray. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

2. Initial Power On and Setup Wizard

Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the viqee logo appears. The phone will guide you through the initial setup process. This includes selecting your language, connecting to a Wi-Fi network, signing in with your Google account, and setting up security features like fingerprint and face recognition.

3. Charging the Device

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device. Connect the USB cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. Operating Instructions

Navigation and Interface

The S25 Ultra runs on Android 15. Navigate using gestures or on-screen navigation buttons. Swipe up from the bottom for the app drawer, swipe down from the top for notifications and quick settings.

Using the Tool Pen

The integrated tool pen can be removed from its slot for precise interaction. Use it for writing notes, drawing, or navigating the interface with greater accuracy. The pen tip is designed for a natural writing experience on the screen.

Camera Operation

Open the Camera application. Select between front (72MP) and rear (108MP) cameras. Tap to focus, pinch to zoom. Utilize the 200MP sensor and Adaptive Pixel Technology for optimized photo quality in various lighting conditions. Different modes like Portrait, Night, and Pro may be available.

Security Features

Face Recognition: Set up face unlock in the Security settings. The zero photosensitive face recognition works even in dark environments.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

Device not powering on:

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If unresponsive, perform a forced restart by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds.

Poor network connectivity (5G/Wi-Fi):

Check if Airplane Mode is off. Restart the phone. For mobile data, ensure SIM cards are properly inserted and your plan is active. For Wi-Fi, forget the network and reconnect, or restart your router.

Apps crashing or freezing:
