5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the Transmitter and Receiver. Use the provided USB charging cable to connect each unit to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

5.2 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power Button on both the Transmitter and Receiver for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the Power Button again.

5.3 Pairing the Devices

The Transmitter and Receiver are designed for quick pairing. Once both units are powered on, they should automatically connect. If they do not pair, double-click the power button on the receiver to initiate pairing. The signal indicator LEDs will confirm a successful connection.

5.4 Connecting Audio Source

Connect your audio source (e.g., mixer, instrument, audio interface) to the Input Port on the Transmitter using the provided 3.5mm connecting cable. If your audio source has a 6.35mm output, use the included 6.35mm plug adapter.

5.5 Connecting Earphones

Plug the wired earphones (or your preferred in-ear monitors) into the Output Port on the Receiver.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Mono/Stereo Mode Switching

The J02S system supports both Mono and Stereo audio modes. To switch between modes, double-click the Mode Switch Button on the Transmitter. The indicator light will change to reflect the current mode (e.g., green for Mono, blue for Stereo).

6.2 Mute Function

To quickly mute the audio transmission, press the Mute Button on the Transmitter. The yellow indicator light will remain on to signify that the device is in a silent state. Press the button again to unmute.

6.3 Volume Adjustment

Adjust the listening volume using the rotary Volume Knob on the Receiver. Rotate clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease it.

6.4 Multi-Receiver Setup

The XTUGA J02S system supports connecting up to 6 receivers to a single transmitter. To achieve this, ensure all transmitters and receivers are set to the same channel. This feature is ideal for bands or groups sharing a single audio mix.

6.5 Wireless Range

The system provides a stable wireless transmission range of up to 164 feet (50 meters) between the transmitter and receiver. Optimal performance is achieved in open environments. Obstacles such as walls or large metal objects may reduce the effective range.
