Step-by-Step Replacement Guide:
- Shut off Cold Water: Turn off the cold water supply to your faucet by rotating the cold water valve under your sink in a clockwise direction.
- Release Pressure: Turn on your cold water faucet to release any remaining pressure and drain water from the hose.
- Remove Old Filter: Press and hold the filter release button on the system base while firmly grasping the base. Pull up on the exhausted filter to remove it.
- Insert New Filter: Insert the new Pentair FreshPoint Easy Flow Replacement Cartridge into the base. You will hear a "click" sound, indicating it is properly sealed and ready for use.
- Restore Water Supply: Open your cold water shut-off valve by turning it counter-clockwise.
