4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Filling the Tanks

  • Prepare your desired beverage mix. Ensure the sugar content is around 13% for optimal slushy consistency. For alcoholic drinks, the alcohol content should be below 13%.
  • Pour the prepared mix into each of the three 15L tanks. Do not overfill; observe the MAX fill line.
  • Securely place the lids on the tanks.

  • Press the "Slush/Cold Drink" button for each bowl to toggle between modes:
    • Slushy Mode: Ideal for frozen beverages. Recommended temperature for non-alcoholic slushies is -3°C ~ -1°C (26.6°F ~ 30.2°F). For alcoholic drinks, -15°C ~ -6°C (5°F ~ 21.2°F).
    • Cold Drink Mode: For chilled beverages. Recommended temperature is 3°C ~ 5°C (37.4°F ~ 41°F).
  • Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the temperature for each tank as needed. The digital screen displays the current temperature.
  • The machine will automatically save temperature settings once they are set.
