2. Safety Instructions

To prevent injury or damage to the product, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Always ensure the exhaust cover on the lid is open before heating food to allow steam to escape.
  • The smaller 0.45L PP plastic container is for snacks and sauces and cannot be heated. Only place food to be heated in the 1.8L stainless steel container.
  • The stainless steel container is safe for refrigeration, but the heating base must not be placed in the refrigerator.
  • Do not wash or immerse the heating base in water. Clean it with a damp cloth only.
  • Ensure the power cables are correctly connected to the appropriate voltage source (12V/24V for vehicles, 110-230V for home/office).
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
  • Do not operate the lunch box if the power cord or plug is damaged.

4. Setup

Before first use, wash the stainless steel container, PP plastic container, fork, and spoon with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The heating base should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

5.1. Heating Food

  1. Add Food: Place your prepared food into the 1.8L stainless steel container.
  2. Assemble: Insert the filled stainless steel container into the heating base. If using, place the 0.45L PP plastic container (with snacks/sauces) inside the stainless steel container or separately in the lunch box if space allows (note: the plastic container is not for heating).
  3. Secure Lid: Close the lid of the lunch box securely, ensuring all four side snap closures are fastened.
  4. Open Exhaust Cover: Locate the exhaust cover on the lid and open it to allow steam to escape during heating.
  5. Connect Power: Select the appropriate power cable (12V/24V for car/truck or 110-230V for home/office) and connect it to the universal charging port on the lunch box. Plug the other end into the corresponding power outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  6. Heat: Allow 20-30 minutes for your food to heat. Heating times may vary based on the food's initial temperature, quantity, and ambient conditions. For warm conditions, 20-25 minutes is typical; for colder conditions, 25-30 minutes may be required.
  7. Enjoy: Once heated, unplug the lunch box, close the exhaust cover, and carefully open the lid to enjoy your warm meal.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Stainless Steel Container: The 1.8L stainless steel container is dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended) or can be hand washed with warm soapy water.
