Setup and Connection

The EWEADN S9 mouse offers three versatile connection modes: 2.4G Wireless, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB-C Wired. You can switch between these modes using the switch located on the bottom of the mouse.

2.4G Wireless Mode

1. Locate the 1K Wireless USB Receiver in the package.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Switch the mode selector on the bottom of the mouse to '2.4G'.
4. The mouse should automatically connect. If not, press the pairing button (if available, refer to the diagram on the mouse's underside) to initiate pairing.

Bluetooth 5.0 Mode

1. Switch the mode selector on the bottom of the mouse to 'BT'.
2. On your computer or device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
3. Select 'EWEADN S9' from the list of available devices to pair.

USB-C Wired Mode

1. Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the front port of the mouse.
2. Connect the other end (USB-A) to an available USB port on your computer.
3. Switch the mode selector on the bottom of the mouse to 'USB-C'.
4. The mouse will function as a wired mouse and charge simultaneously.

The S9 mouse is widely compatible with Windows 7/8/10/XP/Vista, Mac OS, Linux, and Android systems. It is suitable for use with PCs, laptops, Macs, and other devices.

Battery Life and Charging

Troubleshooting

• Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged and the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT, or USB-C) is selected. For wireless modes, check that the receiver is properly plugged in or Bluetooth is paired.
• Lag or disconnections: Try moving closer to the receiver/Bluetooth device. Ensure there are no major obstructions or sources of interference. For 2.4G, try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
• DPI not changing: Ensure the mouse is powered on and connected. Use the DPI switch button or the software to adjust DPI settings.
