2. Safety Instructions

• This product is suitable for cats over 6 months old, weighing between 1kg and 8kg.
• Ensure the anti-bite power cord is properly connected and undamaged to prevent electrical hazards.
• The integrated safety protection mechanisms, including thermopile bio-radar and incident protection, are designed to prevent injury to your pet. Do not attempt to bypass or disable these features.
• Keep the device on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Place the litter box on a firm, level surface in a suitable location. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper operation and maintenance.
3. The product does not require assembly.

4.2 Power Connection

1. Connect the power adapter to the litter box.
2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The device will power on and initiate a self-check.

4.3 Adding Cat Litter

1. Open the litter box entrance.
2. Pour clumping cat litter into the inner barrel. The recommended amount of cat litter is 3.1kg. Do not overfill.
3. Ensure the litter is evenly distributed.

• Clean Button: Initiates a manual cleaning cycle.

5.2 Automatic Cleaning

In automatic mode, the litter box uses its sensors to detect when your cat has used the litter box. After a preset delay (configurable via APP), it will automatically initiate a cleaning cycle, sifting waste into the internal 9L collector.

6. APP Control

6.1 Connecting to the APP

1. Download the SOUQDWL APP from your smartphone's app store.
2. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. The litter box only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your device.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

7.1 Emptying the Waste Collector

1. When the 'Full' indicator lights up on the control panel or in the APP, it's time to empty the waste collector.
2. Press the 'Replace' button on the control panel or in the APP to initiate the litter emptying process.
3. Carefully pull out the waste drawer.
4. Remove the used garbage bag, seal it, and dispose of it.
5. Insert a new garbage bag into the waste drawer and slide it back into the unit until it clicks into place.

7.2 Cleaning the Inner Barrel

The inner barrel features a non-stick bottom for easier cleaning.

1. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
2. The inner barrel can be removed for thorough cleaning. Separate the cat litter tank from the base.
3. Wash the inner barrel with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.
4. The waste drawer is also washable.

7.3 Ionic Deodorization System

The ionic deodorization system scientifically controls odors without the need for consumables. Activate it manually via the control panel or APP, or set it to operate automatically.

• Device not powering on: Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the device and the wall outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional.
• Cleaning cycle not starting: Verify that the device is in automatic mode or manually initiate a cycle. Check for obstructions or if the waste bin is full. Ensure your cat meets the weight requirements (1-8kg).
• APP connection issues: Confirm your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Restart your router and the litter box, then try pairing again.
• Odor persists: Ensure the ionic deodorization system is active. Check if the waste bin needs emptying and if the inner barrel requires cleaning.
