4. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the ON/OFF button. The backlit LCD display will illuminate and show '0.00' when ready.
- Weighing: Step onto the non-slip platform carefully. Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilizes. The reading will be shown on the backlit LCD display.
- Height Measurement: Once weight is stable, the ultrasonic sensor will automatically measure your height. Ensure you stand upright and directly under the sensor for accurate readings. The height will be displayed after the weight.
- BMI Calculation: After both weight and height are measured, the scale will automatically calculate and display your Body Mass Index (BMI).
