Product Overview

The SYNCO G2(A2) MAX system includes two transmitters (TX), one receiver (RX), and two 3.5mm headset microphones. Each component is designed for ease of use and reliable performance.

Setup

  1. Charging: Fully charge the transmitters and receiver using the provided USB-C cables before first use.
  2. Power On: Press and hold the power button on both the TX units and the RX unit to turn them on. They will automatically pair.
  3. Connect Microphones:
    • For built-in microphone use, ensure the TX unit is positioned correctly.
    • To use the headset microphone, plug its 3.5mm connector into the MIC input port on the TX unit.
  4. Connect Receiver to Device:
    • Use the included 3.5mm TRRS cable for smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
    • Use the included 3.5mm TRS cable for DSLR cameras and camcorders.

Operating Instructions

TFT Display Screen

The bright, high-contrast TFT display screens on both the transmitters and receiver provide real-time information. This includes current recording mode, battery status, audio level, and gain settings, ensuring clear visibility in various lighting conditions.

Internal Recording (TX Units)

Each transmitter features 8GB of internal storage, allowing for approximately 24 hours of recording. This provides a reliable backup in case of wireless signal interruption or other audio recording quality issues.

Noise Reduction & Gain Control

The system incorporates a One-Touch Noise Cancellation feature to minimize background noise. Gain control is adjustable from 0 to 6 levels, allowing precise optimization of audio input levels.

Output Modes (Receiver)

The receiver supports three output modes: Mono, Stereo, and Safety mode, providing flexibility for post-production and live scenarios.

Short transmission range
  • Obstructions between TX and RX.
  • Environmental interference.
  • Ensure clear line-of-sight between TX and RX.
  • Avoid using in environments with heavy wireless traffic.
Internal recording not working
  • Recording not activated.
  • Storage full.
  • Long press the recording button on TX for 3 seconds.
  • Transfer recorded files and clear storage.
