4. Product Overview

The YESYAMO Y660 is a compact and versatile indoor security camera designed for comprehensive monitoring. It features a spherical camera head capable of pan and tilt movements, mounted on a stable base. The camera includes a lens, infrared LEDs for night vision, and a microphone/speaker for two-way audio. 5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Camera

The Y660 camera is equipped with a 6000mAh rechargeable battery, offering significant wireless autonomy. Before initial use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB Type-C cable and a compatible 5V power adapter. The charging indicator light will change once fully charged.

5.2 App Download and Account Registration

To control your YESYAMO Y660 camera, you need to download the dedicated mobile application. Scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or search for the app name (usually indicated on the packaging or manual) in your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android). Follow the on-screen instructions to register an account.

5.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

The Y660 supports dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) for stable and fast connectivity. Follow these steps to connect your camera:

  1. Open the app and tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
  2. Power on the camera. Press and hold the reset button (usually located near the microSD slot) for 3 seconds until you hear a prompt or see an indicator light change, indicating it's ready for pairing.
  3. Select your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz or 5GHz) and enter the password in the app.
  4. Follow the app's instructions to complete the connection. This may involve scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera.

5.4 Mounting Options

The Y660 camera offers flexible installation options:

  • Tabletop Placement: Simply place the camera on any flat surface like a table, shelf, or desk.
  • Wall Mounting: Use the provided mounting bracket, screws, and wall plugs to secure the camera to a wall.
  • Ceiling Mounting: The camera can also be inverted and mounted to the ceiling using the bracket. Ensure to adjust the image orientation in the app settings if mounted upside down.

6. Operating the Camera

6.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

Once connected, open the app to access the live view. You can remotely control the camera's movement:

  • Horizontal Rotation: 355 degrees.
  • Vertical Tilt: 60 degrees.

Use the directional controls within the app to adjust the viewing angle and cover a full 360-degree area without blind spots.

6.2 2.5K 4MP Resolution and Digital Zoom

6.3 Two-Way Audio
