Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

The Canslab Turbo features a sleek design with intuitive controls and an LED display for battery status.

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Canslab Turbo can opener. This typically takes about 1.5 hours.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the can opener.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (wall plug not included).
  3. The Charging Indicator will flash white when the battery is low and turn solid white during charging. The Battery Life Indicator will show the charging progress.
  4. Once fully charged, the Battery Life Indicator will show 100%. Disconnect the charging cable.

Operating Instructions

Opening a Can

  1. Place the can opener on top of the can, ensuring the cutting wheel is aligned with the can's rim.
  2. Press the One-Touch button. The can opener will automatically grip the can and begin cutting along the side.
  3. The device will automatically stop once the cut is complete.
  4. Carefully lift the can opener from the can. The magnetic lid holder will secure the lid.
  5. To release the lid, gently push the retractable lid lifter or detach the lid from the magnet.

Lock Mode

To prevent accidental activation, the Canslab Turbo features a lock mode. To activate or deactivate, press and hold the One-Touch button until the lock icon appears or disappears on the LED display.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Can opener does not start.Low battery or Lock Mode is active.Charge the can opener. Deactivate Lock Mode by pressing and holding the One-Touch button.
Can opener stops mid-operation.Battery is low or can is jammed.Recharge the device. If jammed, gently remove the can opener, clear any obstructions, and restart.
Lid is not fully removed or edges are not smooth.Improper placement or can type.Ensure the cutting wheel is properly aligned with the can's rim. Not suitable for rimless soda cans.
