This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your ANNKE 4K Security Camera System. This system includes a 16-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) with a 2TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) and 8 wireless 4K cameras. It features advanced functionalities such as AI Human Detection, two-way audio, 100ft IR night vision, and Alexa support, designed for reliable 24/7 home security surveillance.

Setup Guide
1. NVR Initial Connection
- Connect the NVR to a monitor using the provided HDMI cable.
- Connect the NVR to your router using the provided network cable for internet access.
- Connect the USB mouse to the NVR's USB port.
- Connect the NVR to a power source using one of the power adapters.
- Power on the NVR. Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup, including setting a password and time zone.
2. Camera Installation and Pairing
The cameras are designed for wireless connection to the NVR. Ensure cameras are within range of the NVR's Wi-Fi signal.
- Mount each camera in your desired location using the mounting screws. Ensure the camera's antenna is securely attached and oriented for optimal signal reception.
- Connect each camera to a power source using the remaining power adapters.
- The cameras should automatically pair with the NVR. If a camera does not appear on the NVR monitor, refer to the troubleshooting section or the Quick Start Guide for manual pairing instructions.

Operating Instructions
1. Accessing the System
- Local Access: Use the connected monitor and USB mouse to navigate the NVR interface directly.
- Remote Access: Download the ANNKE mobile application (available for Android and iOS) or the client software for Windows. Follow the app's instructions to add your NVR using its QR code or serial number.

2. Recording and Playback
- Continuous Recording: The system is configured for 24/7 recording to the 2TB HDD by default.
- Motion-Triggered Recording: Configure specific channels to record only when motion is detected.
- Scheduled Recording: Set custom recording schedules for each camera.
- Playback: Access recorded footage through the NVR interface or mobile app. Use the smart playback feature to quickly locate events.
3. Two-Way Audio
Each camera includes a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way communication.
- To use two-way audio, open the live view of the desired camera on the NVR monitor or mobile app.
- Activate the microphone icon to speak and the speaker icon to listen.

4. AI Human Detection
The system's AI Human Detection feature distinguishes human shapes from other moving objects, reducing false alarms.
- Access the NVR's settings menu, navigate to "Alarm" or "Event Detection."
- Enable "Human Detection" for desired cameras.
- Configure detection zones and sensitivity levels to optimize performance.
- Set up notifications (APP push, email alerts with screenshots, siren) for detected human motion.

5. Alexa Integration
Integrate your ANNKE system with Amazon Alexa for voice control and viewing live feeds on compatible devices.
- Enable the ANNKE skill in your Alexa app.
- Link your ANNKE account.
- Discover devices. You can then use voice commands like "Alexa, show me the backyard camera" to view live feeds.

Troubleshooting
- No Video Output on Monitor:
- Check HDMI cable connection to NVR and monitor.
- Ensure NVR is powered on.
- Try a different HDMI port or cable.
- Cameras Not Connecting/Offline:
- Ensure cameras are powered on and within range of the NVR's Wi-Fi.
- Check for obstructions that might interfere with the wireless signal.
- Try manually pairing the camera via the NVR interface (refer to Quick Start Guide).
- Verify camera antennas are securely attached.
- No Remote Access:
- Ensure the NVR is connected to the internet via the network cable.

- Check for any reflective surfaces close to the camera that might be causing IR glare.
