Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions.

• Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Do not operate the dispenser with a damaged cord or plug.
• Keep the back of the dispenser at least 6 inches from a wall to allow for proper ventilation.

• The hot water spout is equipped with a child safety lock. Always engage this lock when not in use, especially in households with children.

Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Placement: Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation by leaving at least 6 inches of space from walls and other objects. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water reservoir and ice maker compartment according to the "Maintenance" section.
4. Water Bottle Installation:
   • Remove the protective seal from a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
   • Carefully invert the water bottle and place it onto the top loading seat of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated firmly and water begins to flow into the reservoir.

5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
6. Initial Water Dispensing: Before turning on heating or cooling, dispense at least 1 liter of water from each spout (hot, cold, room temperature) to ensure the tanks are filled and to remove any air.

Operating Instructions

Water Dispensing

• Hot Water: Press and hold the child safety lock button, then press the hot water dispensing lever.
• Cold Water: Press the cold water dispensing lever.
• Room Temperature Water: Press the room temperature water dispensing lever.

Ice Making Function

1. Ensure the water bottle is properly installed and the unit is plugged in.
2. Press the "Ice Making" button on the control panel to activate the ice maker. The indicator light will illuminate.
3. Ice production will begin. The first batch of ice typically takes longer.
4. The unit will automatically stop making ice when the ice bin is full. The "Ice Full" indicator will light up.
5. To collect ice, open the ice maker compartment door and use a scoop (not included) to retrieve ice.

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your water cooler dispenser.

Cleaning the Exterior

• Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• The removable drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth.

Cleaning the Water Reservoir and Ice Maker

1. Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
2. Remove the water bottle.
3. Drain all water from the hot and cold tanks using the drain plugs located at the back of the unit.
4. Clean the water reservoir and ice maker components with a mild, food-grade cleaning solution or a mixture of water and white vinegar.

6. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling and refilling.
