2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

  1. Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the machine and keep it away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  3. Fill the Tank: Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with an appropriate cleaning solution or water. Ensure the fluid level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks. Do not overfill or underfill.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the industrial power cord into the power inlet on the back of the unit, then plug the other end into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Check: Before placing items, ensure the unit powers on and the digital display illuminates.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the independent power switch (usually located on the side or back) to the 'ON' position. The digital display will light up.
  2. Set Temperature: Use the 'Temperature Adjustment' buttons on the control panel to set the desired cleaning fluid temperature. The unit will begin heating the fluid to the set temperature.

  4. Place Items: Carefully place the items to be cleaned into the stainless steel cleaning basket. Lower the basket into the tank, ensuring items are fully submerged but not touching the bottom of the tank directly.
  5. Activate Ultrasonic Cleaning: Press the 'Ultrasonic Switch' button to start the ultrasonic cleaning process. The unit will begin emitting high-frequency vibrations.
  6. Use Degas Function (Optional): If your cleaning solution is new or has been sitting for a while, press the 'Degas button' to remove dissolved gases. This improves cleaning efficiency.
  7. Use Half Wave Function (Optional): If available, the 'Half Wave function' can be used for delicate items or specific cleaning requirements. Refer to specific instructions for this mode if present.
  8. Monitor Progress: The digital display will show the remaining time and current temperature.
  9. End of Cycle: The unit will automatically stop the ultrasonic process when the timer reaches zero.
  10. Remove Items: Carefully lift the cleaning basket out of the tank. Rinse the cleaned items with clean water and dry them thoroughly.
  11. Drain Tank: After cleaning, turn off the unit. Use the metal drain valve to empty the cleaning fluid from the tank into an appropriate container.

6. Maintenance

  • Regular Cleaning: After each use, drain the tank and wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Drying: Ensure the tank is completely dry before storing the unit to prevent corrosion.
  • Storage: Store the ultrasonic cleaner in a clean, dry, and dust-free environment. Keep the lid closed to prevent dust accumulation.
  • Power Cord: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If damaged, replace it immediately with an approved cord.

7. Troubleshooting
