Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting Resistance Levels
The Vannect 918T features 16 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, turn the tension control knob located on the main frame. Turn clockwise for higher resistance (more challenging workout) and counter-clockwise for lower resistance (easier workout).

2. Using the LCD Monitor
The integrated LCD monitor displays your workout data in real-time. It is powered by pedaling (non-electric). The monitor typically cycles through the following metrics:
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through all functions.
- TIME: Displays the duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Shows your current cycling speed.
- DISTANCE: Records the distance covered during your session.
- CALORIES: Estimates the calories burned.
- PULSE (Heart Rate): Displays your heart rate when holding the sensors.
To reset the display, press and hold the button (if available) or remove and reinsert the batteries (if applicable, refer to display specific instructions).

3. Heart Rate Sensor
To measure your heart rate, firmly grip the pulse sensors located on the handlebars with both hands. Your heart rate will be displayed on the LCD monitor after a few seconds. Ensure your hands are clean and dry for accurate readings.
4. Adjusting Seat Height
The seat height can be adjusted to accommodate users of different heights (recommended user height 4'4" - 6'2" / 134cm - 190cm). To adjust, loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, slide the seat to the desired height, and then securely tighten the knob. Ensure the seat is stable before use.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and moving parts for tightness and wear. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Lubrication: The magnetic resistance system is generally maintenance-free. No lubrication is typically required for the internal mechanism.
- Storage: Store the bike in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
