1. Product Overview

The Vente-unique LINCI II Double Sliding Door System is designed to optimize space in smaller areas while maintaining luminosity and privacy. This system includes two sliding doors made of aluminum and smoked tempered glass, along with an aluminum rail system for easy installation.

3. Setup & Installation

The LINCI II Double Sliding Door System requires assembly. Follow these general steps for installation. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly due to the size and weight of the components.

1. Unpack and Verify Components: Carefully unpack all parts and compare them against the included parts list. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.

2. Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the wall where the rail will be mounted is structurally sound and clear of obstructions. Mark the desired height for the rail, considering the door height and floor clearance.
3. Install the Rail System: Mount the aluminum rail (LEZAMA) securely to the wall using the provided screws. For a double door system, ensure the rail connector is properly aligned and secured to join the two rail sections. The rail should be perfectly level.

4. Attach Rollers to Doors: Secure the roller mechanisms to the top edge of each LINCI door panel. Ensure they are firmly attached and aligned.
5. Hang the Doors: Carefully lift each door panel and hook the rollers onto the installed rail. Ensure the doors hang freely and can slide along the rail.
6. Install Floor Guides: Position and secure the floor guides (as shown in Figure 4) to prevent the bottom of the doors from swinging. These guides ensure smooth linear movement.

7. Install Handles: Attach the provided handles to each door panel according to your preference for opening direction (reversible).
8. Test Operation: Gently slide both doors back and forth to ensure smooth movement and proper engagement of the Soft Close system. Adjust any components as necessary.

4. Operating Instructions

The LINCI II Double Sliding Door System is designed for simple and quiet operation.

• Opening the Doors: Grasp the handle and gently push the door panel in the desired direction (left or right) along the rail.
• Closing the Doors: Pull the door panel along the rail until it reaches its closed position. The integrated Soft Close system will engage as the door approaches the end of its travel, slowing it down for a gentle and quiet closure.
• Reversible Opening: The doors can be configured to slide open to either the left or right, depending on your installation and preference.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and smooth operation of your LINCI II Double Sliding Door System.

• Cleaning Glass Panels: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner to clean the tempered glass panels. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the glass or damage the smoked finish.
• Cleaning Aluminum Frame: Wipe the aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying with a clean cloth.
• Rail and Roller Maintenance: Periodically inspect the top rail and rollers for any dust or debris accumulation. Clean the track with a dry cloth or a soft brush. Avoid applying lubricants unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer, as this can attract more dust.
• Floor Guide Maintenance: Keep the floor guides clean and free of obstructions to ensure smooth door movement.
• Hardware Check: Annually check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
