3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective film.
- Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
- Place the dispenser on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight when full.
- Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from walls on all sides to allow for proper ventilation.
- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances.
3.3 Water Bottle Installation

- Clean the neck of a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Remove the protective cap from the water bottle.
- Carefully invert the water bottle and place it onto the water cooler's top-loading smart water barrel seat. Ensure it is seated firmly and water begins to flow into the dispenser's reservoirs.

3.4 Initial Flushing and Power Connection
- Before plugging in, dispense at least 1 liter of water from each of the cold and hot spouts to ensure the reservoirs are filled and to flush any air from the lines.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Allow approximately 15-30 minutes for the water to reach desired temperatures before initial use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Dispensing Water
- Cold Water: Place a cup under the cold water spout and press the cold water button/lever.
- Hot Water: To dispense hot water, first push the child safety lock button, then press the hot water button/lever. Release the safety lock after dispensing.
- Room Temperature Water: Place a cup under the room temperature water spout and press the corresponding button/lever.

4.2 Ice Making Function
The built-in ice maker automatically produces bullet-shaped ice cubes.

- Operation: The ice maker will begin producing ice automatically once the unit is powered on and the water reservoir is filled.

5.1 Cleaning the Drip Tray
- The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning.
