Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Rellytech Evaporative Air Cooler, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Unit not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power button has been pressed.
  • No cool air/humidification: Verify that the water tank is filled above the 'MIN' level. Ensure the humidification function is activated. If using ice packs, confirm they are frozen.
  • Weak airflow: Check if the fan speed is set to a higher level. Ensure the air intake (rear cover) and outlet are not obstructed. Clean the cooling pad if it appears dirty.
  • Unusual noise: Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check for any obstructions inside the fan or water tank.
  • Remote control not working: Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit's sensor.

If the problem persists after attempting these steps, please contact customer support.
