Setup and Installation
This faucet is designed for installation on 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-hole sinks. The escutcheon plate is included for 3- or 4-hole installations.
- Prepare the Sink: Ensure the sink mounting surface is clean and dry. If replacing an existing faucet, remove it and clean the area thoroughly.
- Install Escutcheon Plate (Optional): For sinks with multiple holes (3 or 4), place the escutcheon plate over the sink holes. Apply a bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the plate on the underside to prevent water seepage.
- Mount the Faucet: Insert the faucet body through the center hole(s) of the sink and escutcheon plate. From underneath the sink, secure the faucet using the provided mounting hardware (washer and mounting nut). Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
- Connect Water Supply Lines: Connect the hot and cold water supply lines from the faucet to your home's water supply valves. Use a wrench to tighten connections, ensuring a watertight seal. Do not overtighten.
- Install Soap Dispenser: Insert the soap dispenser body into an available sink hole. Secure it from underneath with the provided nut. Fill the dispenser from the top.
- Flush the System: Before first use, turn on the water supply. Remove the sprayhead from the hose and flush the faucet for several minutes to clear any debris from the lines. Reattach the sprayhead.
- Check for Leaks: Inspect all connections for leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as necessary.

Operating Instructions
Your KOHLER Koi Pro faucet features a single handle for temperature and flow control, and a pull-down sprayhead with two spray functions.
- Water Flow and Temperature:
- Lift the single handle to turn on the water and control flow volume.
- Move the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.
- Pull-Down Sprayer:
- Grasp the sprayhead and pull it down from the spout. The flexible hose allows for extended reach.
- After use, the DockNetik magnetic docking system securely holds the sprayhead back in place.
- Spray Functions (Stream and Sweep Spray):
- Press the button on the sprayhead to switch between Stream Spray (for filling pots) and Sweep Spray (a powerful blade of water for cleaning).

Maintenance
Proper care will ensure the lasting beauty and performance of your KOHLER faucet.
- Cleaning the Finish:
- Clean the polished chrome finish with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- For stubborn spots, use a mild soap and water solution, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Cleaning the Sprayface:
- The MasterClean sprayface features an easy-to-clean surface designed to resist mineral buildup. Simply wipe the rubber nozzles with your finger or a soft cloth to remove any mineral deposits.
- Soap Dispenser: Refill the soap dispenser as needed by lifting the pump mechanism and pouring liquid soap into the reservoir.
