Wall Mounting Instructions

For secure wall mounting, follow these steps:

1. Prepare the Cabinet: Before installation, remove all drawers from the cabinet.
2. Locate Mounting Points: The cabinet features keyhole slots on the back for wall mounting. The distance between the mounting holes is approximately 18-1/4 inches horizontally and 13-3/4 inches vertically.
3. Mark Drill Holes: Mark the four drill hole locations on your wall using a pencil. Use a level to ensure your marks are perfectly aligned.
4. Drill Pilot Holes: For mounting into wall studs, use a 1/8-inch drill bit. For drywall mounting, use a 1/4-inch drill bit and insert appropriate wall anchors (e.g., #6 nylon self-drilling anchors). Mounting hardware is not included.
5. Install Screws: Partially drive #6 x 1-1/2 inch pan head Phillips screws into the pilot holes or anchors, leaving about 1/4 inch of the screw head exposed from the wall.
6. Mount Cabinet: Carefully align the keyhole slots on the back of the cabinet with the partially installed screws and slide the cabinet down to secure it. Ensure each screw sits in the narrow, upper part of its slot.
7. Final Tightening: Once the cabinet is securely hung and level, gently tighten the screws until snug. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the plastic.
8. Reinsert Drawers: Once the cabinet is securely mounted, reinsert all drawers.
