Models: DOOGEE Fire 6 Max (2025) & DOOGEE V MAX Pro (2025)

Introduction

This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the operation and maintenance of your DOOGEE Fire 6 Max (2025) and DOOGEE V MAX Pro (2025) rugged smartphones. Please read this manual carefully before using your device to ensure proper functionality and longevity.

Package Contents

Upon opening the package, verify that all items are present and in good condition. The standard package for each phone typically includes:

  • DOOGEE Fire 6 Max (2025) or DOOGEE V MAX Pro (2025) Smartphone
  • USB Type-C Cable
  • Power Adapter (33W Fast Charger)
  • SIM Ejector Tool
  • Screen Protector (pre-applied or in box)
  • User Manual (this document)
  • Warranty Card

Setup

1. Inserting SIM Card and MicroSD Card

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
  2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
  4. Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device. Both models support 33W fast charging.

  • Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to the provided power adapter.
  • Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
  • The charging indicator will appear on the screen.

3. Powering On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the DOOGEE logo appears.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Power button, then select "Power off" from the options on the screen.

Operating Your Device

Basic Navigation

Your DOOGEE smartphone runs on Android 14, offering intuitive navigation through gestures and on-screen buttons.

  • Home Screen: Swipe left or right to access different home screens.
  • App Drawer: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all installed applications.
  • Notifications & Quick Settings: Swipe down from the top of the screen to view notifications and quick settings toggles.

Connectivity

  • Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available Wi-Fi networks. Both models support Wi-Fi 6.
  • Mobile Data (5G): Ensure your SIM card is active and mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network. Both devices support 5G connectivity.
  • Bluetooth: Pair with Bluetooth devices via Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth.
  • NFC: For contactless payments and data transfer, enable NFC in Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > NFC.

Camera Features

Both models feature advanced camera systems. The Fire 6 Max includes a thermal imaging camera, while the V MAX Pro features a 108MP main camera and 20MP night vision.

To use the camera, open the Camera app. Select modes such as Photo, Video, Portrait, Night Vision (V MAX Pro), or Thermal (Fire 6 Max) as needed.

Security Features

Both devices support Face ID for secure unlocking.

  • Face Unlock: Set up Face ID in Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock > Face unlock.
  • Fingerprint Sensor: (If applicable) Register your fingerprints in Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock > Fingerprint unlock.
  • Screen Lock: Set a PIN, pattern, or password for additional security.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Device

As rugged phones, these devices are designed to withstand harsh environments. However, regular cleaning is recommended.

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and body.
  • For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the device to water or dust.

Battery Care

To maximize battery lifespan:

  • Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Do not let the battery drain completely before recharging frequently.
  • Use only the provided charger and cable.

Software Updates

Regularly check for and install software updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Go to Settings > System > System update to check for available updates.
  • Ensure your device has sufficient battery and a stable internet connection before starting an update.

Troubleshooting
