Setup Instructions

1. Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the mouse.
  2. Insert one AA battery (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Connecting via 2.4G USB Receiver

  1. Locate the USB receiver stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse.
  2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer.
  3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
  4. The mouse should automatically connect to your computer.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth

  1. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
  2. Toggle the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse to select the Bluetooth mode. The BT indicator light will flash.
  3. On your device (laptop, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
  4. Search for available devices. Select "BT 5.0 Mouse" or "BT 5.2 Mouse" from the list to connect.
  5. Once connected, the BT indicator light will stop flashing.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting DPI Sensitivity

The mouse features 3 adjustable DPI levels (800, 1200, 1600) to suit your preference for cursor speed and precision. Press the DPI switch button located on the top of the mouse, below the scroll wheel, to cycle through the settings.

Silent Click Feature

The mouse is designed with noise-reducing buttons to provide a silent clicking experience. This feature is ideal for quiet environments such as offices, libraries, or during late-night use, ensuring minimal disturbance.

Auto-Sleep Mode

To conserve battery life, the mouse will enter sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. To wake the mouse, simply click any button 2-3 times.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Mouse not responding
  • Ensure the mouse is powered on.
  • Check battery level and replace if necessary.
  • For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
  • For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired. Try re-pairing if needed.
Cursor movement is erratic or slow
  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces.
  • Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI switch button to a higher sensitivity if needed.
Mouse goes to sleep too quickly
  • The mouse enters auto-sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity to save power. Click any button 2-3 times to wake it up. This is normal operation.
Side buttons not working on macOS
  • The side buttons on this mouse are not compatible with macOS. This is a known limitation.
