- Connect the Pole to the Vacuum: Insert the assembled pole into the designated pole connector on the vacuum unit. Ensure it is firmly attached. The vacuum is also compatible with standard telescopic poles (not included) for extended reach.

5. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the vacuum for approximately 6 hours. A full charge provides up to 75 minutes of run time.
- Ensure the vacuum unit is dry and turned off.
- Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the vacuum unit.
- Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
- The LED indicator on the charger will show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Once charging is complete, disconnect the charger from the outlet and then from the vacuum unit.

6. Operation
6.1 Powering On/Off
The KOKIDO XV410 features a magnetic power switch. To turn on, rotate the switch to the 'ON' position. To turn off, rotate it to the 'OFF' position. The unit will automatically shut off when removed from water.
6.2 Using the Vacuum in the Pool
The XV410 is suitable for small to medium inground pools (under 30ft length, under 600 sq. ft. area) and above-ground pools (under 10ft depth). It works in water depths from 25 inches to 6.5 feet.
- Ensure the vacuum is fully charged and assembled with the pole and filter bag.
- Submerge the vacuum head into the pool water. Once submerged, turn the magnetic power switch to the 'ON' position. The unit will begin to operate.
- Slowly guide the vacuum across the pool floor and walls. The built-in soft-bristle brushes provide a 2-in-1 scrubbing and vacuuming action.
- The Powerblade technology delivers a water flow rate of 30 GPM for efficient cleaning.
- The vacuum is designed to collect debris such as sand, gravel, small stones, twigs, and leaves up to 8 inches. It is particularly effective for leaves up to 6 inches.
- Monitor the filter bag for fullness. If suction decreases, the bag may need emptying.
- When finished, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and carefully remove the vacuum from the pool. Rotate the device 90 degrees when pulling it out to reduce strain on the pole connection.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Filter Bag
After each use, or when suction decreases, the filter bag should be cleaned:
- Turn off the vacuum and remove it from the pool.
- Detach the filter bag from the vacuum unit.
- Empty the collected debris into a waste receptacle.
- Rinse the filter bag thoroughly with a garden hose to remove any remaining fine particles. Ensure all debris, especially from any sewn-in flotation devices, is cleared.
- Allow the filter bag to air dry completely before storing or reattaching.
7.2 Post-Use Care and Storage
- Thoroughly hose off the entire vacuum unit to remove any chlorine or salt water residue.
- Ensure the charging port is completely dry before storage.
- Store the vacuum in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- For optimal battery life, charge the battery every 3-6 months if not in regular use.
