6. Operation

6.1 Powering On/Off

The KOKIDO XV410 features a magnetic power switch. To turn on, rotate the switch to the 'ON' position. To turn off, rotate it to the 'OFF' position. The unit will automatically shut off when removed from water.

6.2 Using the Vacuum in the Pool

The XV410 is suitable for small to medium inground pools (under 30ft length, under 600 sq. ft. area) and above-ground pools (under 10ft depth). It works in water depths from 25 inches to 6.5 feet.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is fully charged and assembled with the pole and filter bag.
  2. Submerge the vacuum head into the pool water. Once submerged, turn the magnetic power switch to the 'ON' position. The unit will begin to operate.
  3. Slowly guide the vacuum across the pool floor and walls. The built-in soft-bristle brushes provide a 2-in-1 scrubbing and vacuuming action.
  4. The Powerblade technology delivers a water flow rate of 30 GPM for efficient cleaning.
  5. The vacuum is designed to collect debris such as sand, gravel, small stones, twigs, and leaves up to 8 inches. It is particularly effective for leaves up to 6 inches.
  6. Monitor the filter bag for fullness. If suction decreases, the bag may need emptying.
  7. When finished, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and carefully remove the vacuum from the pool. Rotate the device 90 degrees when pulling it out to reduce strain on the pole connection.
