Setup Instructions

1. Connect Power: Use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the charging station to a power adapter (a 20W+ PD adapter is recommended and not included).
2. Positioning: Place the charging station on a stable, flat surface.
3. Adjust Stand: The charging station features a foldable design. Adjust the phone charging pad to your desired angle for optimal viewing.
4. Set Clock: If applicable, use the buttons on the base to set the time on the integrated LED display. Refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section for details on clock settings.

Operating Instructions

Charging Devices

• Charging a Samsung Galaxy Phone:

  Ensure your Galaxy phone is equipped with a magnetic case (magnetic case required for Galaxy phones). Place the phone onto the magnetic charging pad. The phone should align automatically and begin charging. The charging indicator on the station will illuminate.

• Charging a Galaxy Watch:

  Place your Galaxy Watch onto the dedicated watch charging module. The module can be adjusted for optimal viewing. Ensure the watch is properly seated for charging to initiate.
• Charging Galaxy Earbuds:

  Place your Galaxy earbuds case onto the designated wireless charging area on the base of the station. Ensure the earbuds case supports wireless charging.

Adjusting the Dimmable Clock

The charging station features a 3D LED clock display with adjustable brightness. Use the dedicated brightness touch button on the base to cycle through four dimming modes: 100%, 50%, 20%, and Off. This allows for comfortable viewing in various lighting conditions, including sleep-friendly night mode.

Note: Not compatible with Samsung Galaxy Watch 1, Galaxy Gear Series, Google Pixel 10 Series, or phones without wireless charging capabilities.

Safety Information

• Use only a compatible power adapter (20W+ PD recommended).
• Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device.
• Keep the device away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid placing metal objects or foreign materials on the charging pads.
• Do not use the device if it is damaged.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

Device not charging:

• Ensure the charging station is properly connected to a working power outlet and a 20W+ PD adapter.
• Verify that your phone has a magnetic case and is correctly aligned on the charging pad.
• Check if your watch and earbuds are correctly placed on their respective charging areas.
• Remove any thick cases or metal attachments from your devices (unless it's a magnetic case for the phone).
• Restart the charging station by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable.

Slow charging:

• Ensure you are using a 20W or higher Power Delivery (PD) adapter. Lower wattage adapters may result in slower charging.
• Check for proper alignment of devices on the charging pads.
• Avoid charging multiple devices simultaneously if you require maximum speed for one device, as power is shared.

Clock display not working or incorrect:

• Press the brightness touch button to ensure the display is not set to "Off".
• Refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section for setting the time.

Device overheating:

• The charger has an intelligent temperature control system. If a device feels excessively hot, remove it from the charger.
• Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the charging station.
• Avoid charging in direct sunlight or hot environments.
