7. Troubleshooting

  • Device not connecting to phone:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the tracker. Restart both devices. Check if the companion app is running and updated to the latest version. Refer to the app's pairing guide for specific steps. If issues persist, try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
  • Inaccurate data (steps, heart rate):
Ensure the tracker is worn snugly on your wrist, approximately one finger's width above your wrist bone. Avoid wearing it too loosely or too tightly. Calibrate settings in the companion app if available. Ensure your personal information (height, weight) is accurate in the app.
  • Short battery life:
Reduce screen brightness and screen-on time. Disable unnecessary notifications. Limit continuous heart rate monitoring or other power-intensive features. Ensure the device is fully charged before use. Background app usage on your phone can also affect battery life.
  • Screen unresponsive:
Try restarting the device. If the screen remains unresponsive, ensure the device is charged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
