Important Safety Information

Setup and Assembly

Assembly is quick and easy, typically taking 10-15 minutes. Tools (screwdriver and wrench) are included.

  1. Attach Caster Wheels: Securely screw the four caster wheels (D) into the designated holes at the bottom of one side frame (A). Ensure the two lockable wheels are positioned on the same side for easy access.
  2. Assemble Frame: Attach the second side frame (A) to the first, creating the basic structure. Use the provided screws/bolts (F) to connect the frame pieces.
  3. Insert Baskets: Slide the three storage baskets (B) into the grooves on the side frames. Ensure they are properly seated and level.
  4. Add Tabletop: Place the wooden tabletop (C) onto the top basket. It is designed to fit snugly and can be easily removed.
  5. Attach Hooks: Clip the hooks (E) onto the side of the top basket as desired for additional hanging storage.
  6. Final Check: Verify that all connections are tight and the cart is stable before loading items.

Operating Instructions

Moving the Cart

The johgee utility cart is equipped with 360-degree mute rubber caster wheels for smooth and quiet movement. To move the cart, simply release the locks on the two lockable wheels (if engaged) and push or pull the cart using the integrated handles.

Locking the Wheels

To secure the cart in place, press down on the locking levers located on two of the caster wheels. This will prevent the cart from rolling. To unlock, simply lift the levers.

Using the Removable Tabletop

The wooden tabletop can be easily removed or placed on the top basket. It is designed to fit snugly and can be easily removed, allowing for easier access to the top basket's contents.
