Maintenance
The COREBOX charger is also a battery maintainer. It provides zero-output trickle charging to prevent battery drain, especially during long periods of inactivity. The REPAIR mode can help revive sulfated batteries, extending their useful life.
Troubleshooting
- "OFF" Display: If the display shows "OFF", it typically indicates that the battery is fully charged or not properly connected. Ensure clamps are securely attached to the correct terminals.
- Diagnostic LCD: The diagnostic LCD will help identify connection issues. Check for loose connections or incorrect polarity.
- Deeply Drained Batteries: For deeply drained batteries, use the "Forced Output" mode. Note that the charger cannot revive batteries with 0V.
- Error Codes: Refer to the display for specific error codes (e.g., "Erro") which indicate a problem. Consult the full manual for a list of error codes and their solutions.
