Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the product with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use chemical cleansers such as alcohol, ammonia-based cleansers, or window cleaner, as these can damage the wood and paint.
- Storage: Store the walker in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to prevent warping or damage to the wood.
- Inspection: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Tighten any loose parts immediately.
Troubleshooting
- Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly: If the wheels appear stuck or do not roll freely, check the washer installation. Ensure that the washers are correctly placed on both sides of each wheel and that the nuts are tightened sufficiently to secure the wheel without impeding its rotation.
