3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the breast pump. Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port on the pump motor and a 5V/1A adapter. The battery icon on the display will turn green when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides power for 5-6 pumping sessions or over 2 hours of continuous use.

3.2 Assembly Instructions

Proper assembly is crucial for optimal performance and to prevent leaks. Follow these steps:

  1. Snap the Diaphragm securely into the Milk Collector.
  2. Insert the Duckbill Valve into the T-Junction.
  3. Insert the assembled T-Junction firmly into the Flange.
  4. Insert the Silicone Plug into the Milk Collector.
  5. Align the Flange Cut with the Outlet on the Milk Collector.
  6. Press and seal the Flange edge firmly onto the Milk Collector.
  7. Snap the assembled Milk Collector onto the Pump Motor, ensuring a secure fit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

  • To power on the breast pump, long press the 'M' (Mode) button.
  • Short press the 'M' button to cycle through the 6 available modes:
    • Massage Mode: Fast and shallow suction to promote milk secretion and relieve breast swelling.
    • Automatic Mode: Slow and deep suction for milk flow.
    • Frequency Conversion Mode: 9 shallow and 1 deep suction to effectively empty breasts.
    • Pumping Mode: Fast and deep, comfortable pumping for thorough breast emptying.
  • To power off, long press the 'M' button again.

4.2 Suction Level Adjustment

Each mode offers 12 adjustable suction levels, providing up to 300mmHg suction. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the suction intensity to find your comfortable setting.

4.3 Smart Features: Voice Reminder and Auto-Stop

  • Voice Reminder: Long press the speaker icon button to activate the Smart Sensor. When the '~' symbol lights up, the pump will provide voice reminders every 10 minutes during pumping, allowing you to focus on other tasks without constantly checking the screen.
  • Auto-Stop: The pump features a 150ml auto-stop function to prevent spills, making midnight feeds and busy mornings more manageable.

4.4 Heated Base Function

The innovative heated base warms the pump to body temperature (45°C), which helps stimulate milk letdown quickly and can increase milk output by up to 30%. It also provides warm comfort and helps relieve engorgement. The heated base also features a dust-proof design for hygiene.

  • To activate the heating function, press the 'HEAT' button on the charging base.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Disassembly for Cleaning

To ensure thorough cleaning, disassemble the pump into its individual components:

  1. Separate the Milk Collector from the Pump Motor.
  2. Remove the Flange from the Milk Collector.
  3. Detach the T-Junction and Duckbill Valve from the Flange.
  4. Remove the Diaphragm and Silicone Plug from the Milk Collector.

5.2 Washing and Sanitizing

All parts that come into contact with milk (DoubleFit Flange, Milk Collector Cup, Duckbill Valve, T-junction, Diaphragm, Silicone Plug) must be washed and sanitized before first use and after each subsequent use.

  • Washing: Wash all milk-contact parts with warm soapy water.
  • Sanitizing: Sanitize parts using a steam sterilizer, sanitizing pot, or by boiling in water (temperature ≤100°C / 212°F) for 5-10 minutes.
  • Drying: After washing and sanitizing, wipe off any excess water or allow parts to air dry completely before reassembly.
  • Non-Washable Parts: The Pump Motor and Charging Base should not be washed. Wipe them clean with a dry or damp tissue as needed.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Power or Insufficient Suction:
    1. Ensure proper assembly: Press the diaphragm into the collector tightly, and confirm the T-junction locks fully into its slots.
    2. Check for liquid damage: Gently shake the pump base. If you hear liquid, stop use immediately and inspect the motor vents for moisture.
    3. Verify the flange size: Ensure you are using the correct flange size (19/21/24mm) for optimal suction and comfort.
    4. Check battery charge: Ensure the pump is adequately charged.
  • Milk Leakage:
    1. Ensure the DoubleFit flange with its secure seal design is fitted closely to the breast.
    2. Confirm all components are correctly assembled and tightly sealed.
    3. Check the milk collector for the 150ml auto-stop level to prevent overflow.
