1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Ntaanoo MP101 Magnetic Wireless Power Bank. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and retain it for future reference.

3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

  1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
  3. The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge is indicated when all LEDs are solid.

The power bank supports 18W Power Delivery (PD) fast recharging, allowing for a full recharge in approximately 3 hours. Traditional 5V/2A recharging takes about 5.5 hours.

3.2 Attaching to a Device for Wireless Charging

  1. Ensure your device is compatible with magnetic wireless charging (e.g., iPhone 12 series and newer).
  2. Align the power bank with the back of your device. The strong magnets will automatically snap it into place.
  3. For optimal magnetic connection, use an iPhone without a case or with a MagSafe-compatible case.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wireless Charging

Once magnetically attached to a compatible device, the power bank will automatically begin wireless charging. The wireless charging output can reach up to 15W, with specific power delivery depending on the device:

  • 5W: Devices supporting QI/BPP protocol, wireless charging headset compartments.
  • 7.5W: Apple series mobile phones.
  • 10W: Samsung series mobile phones.
  • 15W: EPP protocol devices.

4.2 Wired Charging

To charge a device via cable:

  1. Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end to your device's charging port.
  3. The power bank supports up to 20W wired fast charging.

4.3 Simultaneous Charging

The Ntaanoo MP101 power bank supports simultaneous charging, allowing you to charge one device wirelessly while another device is charged via the USB-C cable.

4.4 LED Indicator Guide

The LED lights on the power bank indicate the remaining battery level:

  • One LED: 1% - 25% battery remaining
  • Two LEDs: 26% - 50% battery remaining
  • Three LEDs: 51% - 75% battery remaining
  • Four LEDs: 76% - 100% battery remaining

A dedicated light indicates wireless charging activity.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

To clean the power bank, gently wipe its surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or solvents.

6.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to charge the power bank to about 50-75% before long-term storage to preserve battery health.

6.3 Battery Care

To maximize the lifespan of the internal battery, avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. Recharge it when the battery level is low.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Power Bank Not Charging

  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall adapter.
  • Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and plugged into a live power outlet.
  • Try using a different USB-C cable and/or wall adapter.

7.2 Device Not Charging Wirelessly

  • Ensure your device is compatible with magnetic wireless charging.
  • Check for any foreign objects between the power bank and your device.
  • Remove any non-MagSafe cases or thick cases that may interfere with the magnetic connection and wireless charging.
  • Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.

7.3 Device Not Charging Via Cable

  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
  • Try using a different USB-C cable.
  • Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.

7.4 Power Bank or Device Gets Warm During Charging

It is normal for the power bank and your device to become slightly warm during charging. If the device becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact customer support.
