1. Important Safety Information

• Ensure all components are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or damaged.
• We recommend that the chair be used with a weight capacity of 220 lbs (100 kg) or less to ensure optimal comfort and longevity.
• The maximum weight capacity for this chair is 350 lbs (159 kg). Do not exceed this limit to maintain stability and functionality.
• Keep the chair away from heat sources, open flames, and sharp objects to prevent damage to the fabric and frame.
• Do not stand on the chair or use it as a step stool.
• Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely during assembly and periodically check for tightness during use.
• Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Submi SU007 Gaming Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base. Cover the gas lift with the telescopic cover.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the mechanism with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws provided in the hardware pack.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not overtighten initially.
5. Connect Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest brackets with the corresponding holes on the seat cushion and armrests. Secure with screws. Once all screws are in place, tighten all armrest and backrest screws firmly.
6. Assemble Chair onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift.
7. Attach Footrest: Slide the footrest into its designated slots under the seat.
8. Attach Pillows: Secure the lumbar support pillow and headrest pillow to the chair using their elastic straps.

5. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the adjustable features of your Submi SU007 Gaming Chair to optimize your comfort.

5.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While pulling the lever, lift your body weight off the seat to raise it, or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

5.2. Backrest Recline

To recline the backrest, pull the recline lever located on the right side of the chair (separate from the height adjustment lever) upwards. Lean back to your desired angle (up to 165°). Release the lever to lock the backrest in position.

5.3. Footrest Operation

To extend the footrest, pull it outwards from underneath the seat. To retract, push it back in until it is fully stored.

5.4. Lumbar Support and Headrest

The lumbar support and headrest pillows are adjustable. You can slide them up or down along the backrest straps to find the most comfortable position for your neck and lower back.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your gaming chair.

• Cleaning: Spot clean the fabric upholstery with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Movement: Ensure casters are free of debris to allow smooth movement.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fabric fading.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your chair, refer to the following common solutions:

• Chair Squeaks: Check and tighten all assembly screws. A small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to moving parts if the squeaking persists.
• Chair Does Not Adjust Height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the gas lift is faulty, it may need replacement.
• Chair Wobbles: Verify that all screws are securely tightened, especially those connecting the mechanism to the seat and the base to the gas lift. Ensure the casters are fully inserted into the base.
• Casters Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for hair or debris wrapped around the caster wheels and remove them.
