Troubleshooting
- Remote not pairing:
Ensure both the remote and camera have sufficient battery. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your camera and the camera is in pairing mode. Make sure the remote is within the 10m operating range. Try restarting both the camera and the remote control. - Functions not working (e.g., zoom, focus):
Verify that your camera model and its current firmware version are compatible with the remote's specific functions. Some functions, like power zoom, depend on the lens attached to your camera. Ensure the remote is in the correct mode (Zoom or Focus) using the Z/F button. - Recording or shutter release not responding:
Confirm the remote is successfully paired. Check your camera's settings to ensure it's configured to accept remote control input for shutter and video functions. For video recording, some cameras require specific settings for the shutter button function. - OLED screen is blank:
The remote might be off or the battery is depleted. Press and hold the power button to turn it on, or connect it to a USB-C charger.
Maintenance
- Keep the remote control dry. Do not expose it to moisture or liquids.
- Clean the remote with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
