Operating Modes
The repeller features 5 adjustable modes to target different animals and situations. Use the "gear adjustment" knob switch to select the desired mode.

Figure 4: Overview of the five operation modes.
- Mode 1: Ultrasonic Horn Alarm Sound Drive
Emits a high-frequency ultrasonic alarm sound to deter animals. This mode is generally set for day-night operation.
- Mode 2: Bird Calls & Wolf Deterrent
The ultrasonic horn emits bird calls and wolf sounds to repel specific animals. This mode is designed for energy saving during daytime.
- Mode 3: Ultrasonic + Blue and White Strobe Light (15KHz-50KHz)
Combines ultrasonic frequencies (15KHz-50KHz) with blue and white flashing strobe lights for enhanced deterrence, particularly effective at night.
- Mode 4: Owl Calls Mode
The ultrasonic horn emits owl calls, mimicking a predator to scare away animals.
- Mode 5: Cycle Mode (1-5 Gears) + Infrared Blue and White LED Light Night Mode
Cycles through all functions from Mode 1 to Mode 5. This mode also activates infrared blue and white LED lights at night, continuing until the animal leaves the induction range.
Note: Each gear is set to day-night mode. Daytime mode focuses on energy saving, while night mode activates alarm and burst lights for increased effectiveness.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your repeller:
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe the solar panel and the unit's surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Solar Panel Exposure: Ensure the solar panel remains clear of leaves, snow, or other obstructions to maximize charging efficiency.
- Winter Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, especially during winter in cold climates, fully charge it and store it in a dry place.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device not turning on or working. | Low battery charge; Power switch off; Solar panel obstructed. | Fully charge the device via USB. Ensure the power switch is on. Clear any obstructions from the solar panel. |
| Reduced effectiveness. | Incorrect mode selection; Improper placement; Animals have adapted. | Try a different operating mode. Adjust the placement of the device. Periodically move the device to different locations to prevent animal adaptation. |
| Sound is too loud or not audible. | Volume/frequency setting incorrect; Ultrasonic sounds are beyond human hearing. | Adjust the "size adjustment" knob switch for volume/frequency. Note that many repelling sounds are ultrasonic and not audible to humans. |
| Lights not flashing at night. | Not in a mode that activates lights; Low battery; Sensor issue. | Ensure Mode 3 or Mode 5 is selected. Charge the device. Check if the infrared sensor is clean and unobstructed. |
