Introduction

The ZAZU Suzy Deluxe Baby Sleep Aid is a compact and portable sound machine designed to help newborns, babies, and toddlers fall asleep faster and sleep longer. Safety Information

• Always keep the device out of reach of infants and young children when not in use or when attached to a crib/stroller.
• Do not immerse the device in water or expose it to excessive moisture.

Controls and Indicators:

Setup

1. Charging the Device:

Before first use, fully charge the ZAZU Suzy Deluxe. A full charge takes approximately 2-2.5 hours and provides up to 100 hours of battery life.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the side of the device.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
3. The battery indicator light will show charging status. It will turn off or change color when fully charged.

2. Attaching the Silicone Strap:

The flexible silicone strap allows for easy attachment to various objects.

1. Thread the strap through the designated loop on the device.
2. Secure the strap around a crib rail, stroller handle, car seat, or diaper bag.
3. Ensure the device is firmly attached and will not fall or pose a hazard to the child.

Operation

Power On/Off:

Press and hold the central power button (⏻) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off.

Selecting Sounds:

Press the sound selection buttons (often indicated by musical notes or wave icons) to cycle through the 14 available sounds. The device will remember the last sound used.

Adjusting Volume:

Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons to set the desired sound level. Adjust the volume to a comfortable and safe level for your baby.

Using the Timer:

The ZAZU Suzy Deluxe features a 20-minute timer. This allows the device to automatically turn off after your baby has fallen asleep.

• Press the timer button (often indicated by a clock icon) to activate the 20-minute timer.
• A green LED light indicates the timer is active.
• The device will automatically switch off after 20 minutes.
• To deactivate the timer, press the timer button again. A red LED light indicates the timer is off.

Intelligent Cry Sensor:

The built-in cry sensor automatically detects when your baby cries and reactivates the last used sound to soothe them back to sleep. The sensor remains active for up to 12 hours.

• Ensure the device is powered on and the cry sensor is enabled (refer to specific button/indicator if available, otherwise it's automatic).
• When the baby cries, the sensor will detect the sound and activate the last played melody.
• The sound will play for a set duration (e.g., 20 minutes) or until the baby is calm.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

• Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth.
• For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry immediately.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
• Do not submerge the device in water.

Storage:

Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
