  • Left Click: Primary mouse button.
  • Right Click: Secondary mouse button.
  • Scroll Wheel Key: Scroll up/down, middle click.
  • DPI Adjustment Keys: Cycle through DPI settings.
  • Wireless/OFF/Bluetooth Toggle Key: Switch connection modes.
  • Return Rate Adjustment Key: Adjust polling rate.
  • Forward Button: Default forward navigation.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Mouse

  1. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the mouse's Type-C interface.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer or a USB power adapter.
  3. The mouse will indicate charging status (e.g., an LED indicator). A full charge typically takes a few hours.

4.2. Connection Modes

The Darmoshark N7 supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired USB-C.

4.2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode (with 8K Receiver)

  1. Locate the 8K wireless receiver (USB dongle) in the package.
  2. Plug the 8K wireless receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Slide the toggle switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position.
  4. The mouse should automatically connect to your computer. If not, press and hold the pairing button (if available, refer to Figure 3.3) until the indicator light flashes, then release.

4.2.2. Bluetooth Mode

  1. Slide the toggle switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'BT' (Bluetooth) position.
  2. The mouse's indicator light will begin to flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  3. On your computer, navigate to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
  4. Select 'Darmoshark N7' from the list of available devices to pair.

4.2.3. Wired USB-C Mode

  1. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the mouse.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Slide the toggle switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'OFF' position. The mouse will function as a wired device and charge simultaneously.

4.3. Software Installation (Optional)

For advanced customization of DPI, key functions, macros, and other settings, download the official Darmoshark N7 software from the manufacturer's website. Follow the on-screen instructions for installation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. DPI Adjustment

Use the dedicated DPI adjustment buttons (refer to Figure 3.3) to cycle through preset DPI levels. The mouse may have an indicator light to show the current DPI setting. Fine-tune DPI settings using the software.

5.2. Polling Rate Adjustment

The mouse supports multiple polling rates up to 8000Hz in 2.4GHz wireless and wired modes. Use the 'Return Rate Adjustment Key' (refer to Figure 3.3) to switch between 125Hz, 500Hz, 1000Hz, 4000Hz, and 8000Hz. Bluetooth mode typically operates at a default polling rate of 125Hz.

5.3. Programmable Buttons

The Darmoshark N7 features 5 programmable buttons. Utilize the official software to assign custom functions, macros, or multimedia controls to these buttons.

5.4. Battery Indicator

The mouse is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. An LED indicator on the mouse will typically show the battery status (e.g., solid light for sufficient charge, flashing for low battery).

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

  • Disconnect the mouse from your computer before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe the surface of the mouse.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.
  • Use compressed air to clear dust and debris from crevices and around the scroll wheel.
  • Clean the optical sensor regularly with a cotton swab to ensure accurate tracking.

6.2. Storage

  • Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, ensure the mouse is fully charged to maintain battery health.

7. Troubleshooting
