7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Mouse not responding | Low battery, incorrect connection mode, receiver not plugged in, driver issue. | Charge the mouse. Ensure the mode switch is set correctly (2.4G, BT, or OFF for wired). Re-plug the USB receiver. Try a different USB port. Reinstall mouse drivers or software. |
| Lag or intermittent connection | Interference, distance from receiver, low battery. | Reduce distance between mouse and receiver. Remove obstacles. Charge the mouse. Avoid using near other wireless devices. Try wired mode. |
| DPI/Polling Rate not changing | Incorrect button press, software conflict. | Ensure you are pressing the correct adjustment buttons. Check software settings for conflicts. Note that Bluetooth mode has a fixed polling rate. |
| Buttons not working as expected | Software configuration, physical defect. | Check the mouse software for custom button assignments. Reset settings to default. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Mouse cursor erratic or not tracking | Dirty sensor, unsuitable surface. | Clean the optical sensor. Use the mouse on a clean, uniform surface (e.g., a mouse pad). |
