4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires 2-3 people. Do not fully tighten screws until the final positioning of all parts is confirmed.

  1. Assemble the Ground Frame: Lay out the base poles and connect them according to the diagram to form the rectangular ground frame.
  2. Connect Bent Pipes: Attach the bent pipe sections to both sides of the ground frame using screws. Ensure they are loosely fitted initially.
  3. Assemble Crossbars: Install the three rows of crossbars on the top section of the frame to create the arched structure.
  4. Secure Diagonal Poles and Top Beams: Install the four diagonal poles and three top beams for enhanced stability. These components reinforce the structure against wind and snow.
  5. Tighten All Screws: Once the entire frame is assembled and correctly positioned, tighten all screws securely.
  6. Cover with PE Film: Carefully drape the PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it fits snugly and evenly.
  7. Secure the Cover: Fasten the cover to the frame using the integrated ties or clips. Ensure the zippered doors and roll-up windows are correctly aligned.
  8. Anchor the Greenhouse: Use the provided stakes and guy ropes to anchor the greenhouse firmly to the ground. This is crucial for stability, especially in adverse weather.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Ventilation System

The greenhouse is equipped with 12 mesh roll-up windows and two zippered doors to ensure optimal airflow and temperature regulation.

  • Roll-up Windows: Use the roll-up buckles to open or close the mesh windows. This allows for cross-ventilation and helps prevent overheating while keeping pests out.
  • Zippered Doors: The two zippered doors provide easy access and can be opened for maximum airflow on hot days. Ensure zippers are smooth and free of debris.
