- Mount the Front Dash Cam: Securely attach the main dash cam unit to your vehicle's windshield, typically behind the rearview mirror, using the adhesive mount or suction cup mount (if provided). Ensure it does not obstruct your driving view and has a clear line of sight to the road ahead.
- Install Rear Camera (Optional): If using the rear camera, mount it on the rear windshield. Route the rear camera cable neatly along the vehicle's headliner and pillars to the main dash cam unit. Connect the rear camera cable to the designated port on the main unit.
- Connect Power: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket) and connect the other end to the dash cam's power input port.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
The dash cam is designed to automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on. It will automatically power off shortly after the ignition is turned off.
4.2 Recording Modes
- Normal Recording: Continuously records video in 4K UHD for the front camera and 1080P for the rear camera when the vehicle is in motion.
- Loop Recording: When the MicroSD card is full, the dash cam automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked video files to ensure continuous recording.
- G-Sensor (Emergency Recording): In the event of a sudden impact or collision, the built-in G-sensor will automatically lock the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording.

4.3 Advanced Features
- Night Vision: Equipped with an F1.8 large-aperture lens and 6-layer glass optics, along with HDR/WDR technology, the dash cam delivers sharp, balanced video even in low-light conditions.
- Wi-Fi & App Control: Download the official Jzones app (available for iOS and Android). Connect your smartphone to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network to live-view footage, playback recorded videos, download files to your phone, and share your driving moments.
- Built-in GPS Tracking: The integrated GPS module accurately logs real-time speed, route history, and precise location data. This information can be reviewed on Google Maps via the Jzones app or dedicated desktop GPS software, providing crucial evidence for accident verification.
- 24H Parking Mode: For continuous surveillance when your vehicle is parked, the dash cam supports a 24-hour parking mode with time-lapse recording. This feature requires a hardwiring kit (ASIN: B0DPQSR7MH), which is sold separately.
- Extreme Weather Resistance: The dash cam is built with a supercapacitor instead of a traditional battery, allowing it to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures, ensuring reliable operation in various climates.
- 2-Channel HDR: The V620 dash cam is compatible with advanced HDR technology for both cameras. This wider dynamic range enhances details and effectively balances highlights and shadows, ensuring accurate capture of license plate details from all front and rear recordings in fast-moving scenes.

- Lens Cleaning: Keep the camera lenses clean and free from dust, fingerprints, or smudges. Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the official Jzones website or the Jzones app for available firmware updates. Keeping your dash cam's firmware up-to-date ensures you have the latest features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
