Processor Performance
The GMKtec K11 Mini PC is equipped with the powerful AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor, featuring 8 cores, 16 threads, and a boost frequency of up to 5.4 GHz. This processor is optimized for demanding applications, offering exceptional multitasking capabilities and efficient power management.

Memory and Storage
The K11 comes with 32GB of dual-channel DDR5 RAM (5600 MT/s) and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 SSD. It supports two PCIe Gen4 x4 slots, allowing for storage expansion up to 8TB for ultra-fast read/write speeds. RAM can be expanded up to 64GB.

Connectivity and Ports
The Mini PC offers extensive connectivity with dual 2.5G Intel LAN ports, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2. It includes multiple display outputs: HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, and two USB4 ports, supporting up to four 4K displays simultaneously.

Oculink Port
The Oculink port provides a high-bandwidth connection, offering better frame rates and reduced latency compared to Thunderbolt. It operates at PCIe x4 speed, making it ideal for eGPU configurations for enhanced gaming and content creation performance. Note: This interface does not support hot-swapping. Please plug and unplug this interface only when the PC is powered off.

Cooling System and Power Modes
The Hyper Ice Chamber 2.0 design features two large fans for 360° airflow and a copper base for efficient cooling. The BIOS offers three performance modes: Silent (35W), Balanced (54W), and Performance (65W), allowing customization of power and noise levels. In Silent mode, fan noise is reduced to 35 dB.

Setup Instructions
- Connect Display: Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using the HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB4 ports. The K11 supports up to four 4K displays simultaneously.
- Connect Peripherals: Plug in your keyboard, mouse, and other USB devices into the available USB ports.
- Connect Network: For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable to one of the 2.5G LAN ports. For wireless, ensure your WiFi network is available.
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the Mini PC, then plug the power cable into an electrical outlet.
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The system will boot up.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press the power button once.
- To Shut Down: From the operating system, select 'Shut Down'. Alternatively, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to force a shutdown (use only when necessary).
BIOS Settings and Power Modes
To access the BIOS settings, press the 'Del' key repeatedly during startup. Here you can configure various system settings, including the power modes:
- Silent Mode (35W): For quiet operation and reduced power consumption.
- Balanced Mode (54W): A balance between performance and noise.
- Performance Mode (65W): For maximum processing power.
You can also adjust VRAM allocation (up to 16GB), enable Auto Power On, and Wake-on-LAN within the BIOS.
Connecting to Networks
- Wired (Ethernet): Connect an RJ45 Ethernet cable to one of the two 2.5G LAN ports.
- Wireless (Wi-Fi): Ensure the Wi-Fi antennas are properly connected (if external). Navigate to network settings in your operating system to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior of the Mini PC with a soft, dry cloth. Use compressed air to clear dust from ventilation grilles to ensure optimal airflow and cooling.
- Ventilation: Ensure the Mini PC is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Do not block the air vents.
- Software Updates: Keep your operating system and drivers updated to ensure system stability and performance.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No Display: Check all display cable connections (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB4) to your monitor and the Mini PC. Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
- System Freezes/Crashes: This could be due to software issues or overheating. Ensure proper ventilation. If persistent, consider updating drivers or reinstalling the operating system.
- Peripheral Not Detected: Try connecting the peripheral to a different USB port. Ensure drivers for the peripheral are installed.
- Slow Performance: Check for background applications consuming resources. Ensure sufficient free storage space. Consider adjusting power modes to 'Performance' in BIOS.
