Safety Information

Setup
Unpacking
Carefully remove the water cooler from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Remove all protective films and packaging materials.

Placement
Place the water cooler on a level, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit, especially at the back where the condenser coils are located.

Water Bottle Installation (Bottom Load)
This dispenser features a convenient bottom-loading design, eliminating the need to lift heavy bottles onto the top.
- Open the bottom door of the dispenser.
- Place a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle into the cabinet.
- Insert the probe into the bottle opening. Ensure the probe is fully inserted and the bottle is securely seated.
- Close the bottom door.

Initial Power-Up
Before plugging in the unit, ensure the water bottle is correctly installed and water has filled the internal tanks. This prevents damage to the heating and cooling elements.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Locate the hot and cold water switches on the back of the unit.
- Turn on the hot water switch (red) and cold water switch (green) as desired.

Operating Instructions
Dispensing Water
The dispenser offers three temperature options: Hot, Room, and Cold.
- Hot Water: Press and hold the child safety lock button (red) while pressing the hot water dispense button.
- Room Temperature Water: Press the room temperature water dispense button.
- Cold Water: Press the cold water dispense button.

LED Indicators
The front panel features LED indicators to provide status updates:
- Hot Water Indicator: Illuminates when the hot water tank is heating.
- Empty Bottle Indicator: Illuminates when the water bottle is empty and needs replacement.
- Cold Water Indicator: Illuminates when the cold water tank is chilling.

Child Safety Lock
The hot water spigot is equipped with a child safety lock to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water. To dispense hot water, you must simultaneously press the red safety button and the hot water dispense lever.

Maintenance
Self-Cleaning Feature (UV Light)
This water cooler is equipped with a UV self-cleaning function that operates automatically as long as the machine is plugged in. This feature helps to ensure the water and tanks remain free from biofilm and other natural contaminants. There is no specific self-cleaning indicator or button; the UV light works continuously.

Drip Tray Cleaning
The removable drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene. Simply slide out the tray, empty any collected water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and replace.
