Button Functions
- LIGHT: Activates the EL backlight for illumination.
- MODE: Cycles through different operational modes (Time, Alarm, Stopwatch, Countdown Timer).
- START: Used to start/stop functions in Stopwatch and Countdown modes, and to adjust settings.
- RESET: Used to reset functions in Stopwatch and Countdown modes, and to adjust settings.

Setup and Basic Operation
Setting Time and Date
- In Time Mode, press the MODE button until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
- Press the RESET button to cycle through the setting options: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Month → Date → Day of Week.
- Use the START button to adjust the flashing value.
- Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to exit setting mode.
12/24 Hour Format
While in Time Mode, press the START button to toggle between 12-hour (P for PM) and 24-hour formats.
Operating Modes
Press the MODE button to cycle through the following modes: Time → Stopwatch → Alarm → Countdown Timer.
Stopwatch Mode
- From Time Mode, press MODE once to enter Stopwatch Mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
- Press START to begin timing.
- Press START again to pause timing.
- Press START to resume timing.
- Press RESET to clear the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
Alarm Mode
- From Time Mode, press MODE twice to enter Alarm Mode.
- Press RESET to select the hour or minute setting. The selected value will flash.
- Use the START button to adjust the flashing hour or minute.
- Press MODE to confirm and exit alarm setting.
- To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press START while in Alarm Mode (not in setting mode). An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
- To turn the hourly chime ON/OFF, press RESET while in Alarm Mode (not in setting mode). A chime icon will appear/disappear.
Countdown Timer Mode
- From Time Mode, press MODE three times to enter Countdown Timer Mode.
- Press RESET to select the hour or minute setting. The selected value will flash.
- Use the START button to adjust the flashing hour or minute.
- Press MODE to confirm and exit countdown setting.
- Press START to begin the countdown.
- Press START again to pause the countdown.
- Press RESET to reset the countdown to its initial set time.
EL Backlight
Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display for a few seconds in low-light conditions.

Water Resistance Guidelines
This watch is rated 50M (5 ATM) water resistant. This means it is suitable for daily use, hand washing, rain, and swimming in shallow water.
- Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
- Avoid exposure to hot water, steam, or extreme temperature changes, as this can compromise the water seals.
- Not suitable for diving, snorkeling, or high-pressure water activities.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and drying thoroughly.
Battery Replacement
When the display dims or functions become erratic, the battery may need replacement. This watch uses a CR2032 battery. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
